Sooooo excited, our blend Storm in a Teacup was shortlisted in the Best Beverage category in the Yorkshire Post and Deliciously Yorkshire Taste Awards 2016!!!

The awards were judged by a panel of industry experts including chefs, supermarkets buyers, food critics and industry experts.  During judging week, the expert panel nibbled, gulped and munched their way through the entries deliberating over who was to be crowned Taste Award Category Winners 2016.

Last weekend I made some Iced Tea for a couple of events and they went down a storm! I had lots of requests for the recipes so here they are.......

Perfect refreshment for a hot sunny day, (fingers crossed for plenty of those this summer), BBQs and parties, they also make a great base for cocktails if you are wanting to spice things up!!

The sugar syrup part is completely optional, so just leave it out if you don’t want them to be sweetened.
