HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100°C water, brew for 4-5 minutes, best enjoyed without milk.
A second steeping will produce an even more intense citrus flavour, leave for 1-2 minutes longer than the first brew.
Can also be enjoyed as iced tea
Steep 4 heaped teaspoons in 900ml of freshly boiled 100°C water, brew for 4-5 minutes. Add honey to taste if desired. Serve over ice garnished with fresh orange slices
