When used as a tea the leaves are a natural, powerful diuretic and is commonly used to flush out excess fluid and toxins from the body. They can also be used as blood cleanser and helps support liver function.

HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100℃ water, brew for 3-7 minutes. Sweeten with honey and lemon
Can also be enjoyed as iced tea
Steep 4 heaped teaspoons in 900ml of freshly boiled 100℃ water, brew for 3-7 minutes and leave in the fridge to cool. Serve over ice with fresh lemon.
Dandelion tea works perfectly both hot and cold when combined with a splash of cranberry juice and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
