HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100℃ water, brew for 3-5 minutes. Can be enjoyed with or without milk, but best brewed stronger and for an extra minute or two if with

Steep 4 heaped teaspoons in 900ml of freshly boiled 100℃ water, sweeten with honey if desired, brew for 3-5 minutes and leave in the fridge to cool. Serve over ice with fresh lemon.
