HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons in freshly boiled 100℃ water, brew for 5-7 minutes or longer if desired.
1-3 cups per day for 2 weeks. Store in a cool dark place.
Can also be enjoyed as iced tea
Steep 4 heaped teaspoons in 900ml of freshly boiled 100°C water, brew for 3-5 mins, leave in the fridge to cool. Serve over ice with fresh red berries
