This is a large leaf black tea, from Kenya, Africa. This is a TGFOP1 grade with a lovely appley and caramel aroma. Bronze in the cup it is full bodied, rich and smooth. It has that distinct, sought-after Kenyan tang but without undue tannin, so is great when drunk as a breakfast tea

HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100℃ water, brew for 3-5 minutes. Can be enjoyed with or without milk.
Can also be enjoyed as iced tea
Steep 4 heaped teaspoons in 900ml of freshly boiled 100℃ water, sweeten with honey if desired, brew for 3-5 minutes and leave in the fridge to cool. Serve over ice with fresh lemon.
