HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100°C water, brew for 5-7 minutes or longer if desired.
Can also be enjoyed as iced tea
Steep 4 heaped teaspoons in 900ml of freshly boiled 100°C water, brew for 5-7 minutes or leave in while you put it in the fridge to cool. Add honey to taste if desired. Serve over ice garnished with fresh lemon and for an extra touch, edible flowers.
