Ginger and spice and all things nice, blend together to create a warm and inviting, naturally caffeine free tea. Inspired by a dark and stormy cocktail, the heat of ginger is combined with the sweetness of cinnamon and hint of aromatic spices.

HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100°C water, brew for 5-7 minutes.
Can also be enjoyed as chai tea
Crush 2 heaped teaspoons of tea in a pestle and mortar, then add to a saucepan with 150ml of water and 150ml of milk, and bring to the boil stirring continuously, simmer for at least 5-7 minutes longer if desired. Add sugar or honey to taste, strain and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
