    Ginger and spice and all things nice, blend together to create a warm and inviting, naturally caffeine free tea. Inspired by a dark and stormy cocktail, the heat of ginger is combined with the sweetness of cinnamon and hint of aromatic spices.



    Tasting notes

    Warm and spicy, ginger, pepper and cloves with zesty hints of citrus balanced with the natural smooth and mellow qualities of rooibos



    Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Peppercorns, Dried Orange, Dried Lemon, Star Anise, Rooibos



    For the perfect cuppa

    Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100°C water, brew for 5-7 minutes.


    Can also be enjoyed as chai tea

    Crush 2 heaped teaspoons of tea in a pestle and mortar, then add to a saucepan with 150ml of water and 150ml of milk, and bring to the boil stirring continuously, simmer for at least 5-7 minutes longer if desired. Add sugar or honey to taste, strain and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
