Much favoured as a breakfast tea in China, this superior Yunnan has a malty flavour with a fine golden liquor. It is one of the rare teas that is able to combine light aroma with the strength of liquor, rich taste with subtle undertones.
Yunnan is the oldest tea producing region in the world and it is from Yunnan that the East India Company botanist Robert Fortune procured (smuggled) the tea plants that began the story of tea production in India.

HOW TO BREW
For the perfect cuppa
Steep 1-2 heaped teaspoons per cup in freshly boiled 100℃ water, brew for 3-5 minutes. Can be enjoyed with or without milk.
Can also be enjoyed as iced tea
Steep 4 heaped teaspoons in 900ml of freshly boiled 100℃ water, sweeten with honey if desired, brew for 3-5 minutes and leave in the fridge to cool. Serve over ice with fresh lemon.
