How to make Iced Tea

There nothing nicer than a cool refreshing glass of iced tea on a hot sunny day. Pretty much all loose teas can be enjoyed iced and are super easy to make.
There are 3 ways to make it , depending on how quickly you need to quench your thirst
1. Drink straight away
Use 1 teaspoon per 200ml of freshly boiled water and steep per instructions sweeten with sugar or honey to taste if desired and then poor over ice
2. Ready in a few hours
As above and then put in the fridge to cool for 2-6 hours or until ready to drink
If using a fruit infusion you can leave the leaves in to develop whilst in the fridge
3. Prepare the day before
Cold brew by adding 1teaspoon per 200ml to cold water and soaking in fridge over night, or for at least 12 hours
This concentrate can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days and used when needed
Prepare the teas as above then top up with juice, soda, lemonade, sparkling water or ginger beer depending on your taste
Garnish with slices of fresh fruit and herbs like mint or basil and serve
Tip dilute some of the concentrated tea with water put into ice cube trays and use as flavoured ice cubes
