Its an anti-fungal, and can be used as a mouth wash for oral infections

Cayenne Pepper

Avoid during pregnancy and when taking medication especially blood thinning medication
This powerful spice is often used for detoxification and to stimulate circulation and digestion. It has been used to treat fevers, sore throats, join pain, colds and flu, and may help to prevent migraines. It is also an anti allergen, and can both ease symptoms and boost immunity
Chamomile (German)

Has many uses, the most common of which are to relieve insomnia (however too much before bed can have the opposite affect), reduce the effects of stress, ease anxiety and encourage healthy digestion. It may also help with menstrual cramps and keep periods regular. A strong tea is effective remedy for a stress headache. And is also used to treat skin conditions such as eczema, chickenpox and psoriasis.

Coriander seeds

Avoid when pregnant
The seeds can help aid digestion and promote the healthy function of the liver, balance blood sugar levels, fight unhealthy bacteria and detoxify the body. They can also be used to treat eye disease problems such as conjunctivitis
